Dr. P. Srinivasa Rao is a Fellow at Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi. Prior to join at RIS, he worked in Fourteenth Finance Commission (14th FC) Support Cell at National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA).
