Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using INDDN. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to INDDN ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at inddn.in, our search engine, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, using our search engine, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use INDDN.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use INDDN. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
- You will comply with these Terms at all times
4 User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. When you do:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree to use INDDN only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
- Post or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Engage in spam, phishing, or any deceptive practices
- Use the Platform to promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
6 User Content
You may submit content to INDDN including project descriptions, ideas, comments, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant INDDN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content for operating the Platform
- Confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights
- Agree that we may remove content that violates these Terms
We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for it.
7 Intellectual Property
The INDDN name, logo, design, search algorithms, AI features, and all Platform content created by us are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Platform or its content without our explicit written permission.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, and brand names mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
8 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using INDDN, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9 Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDDN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of search results or AI-generated answers
AI-generated answers on INDDN are for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDDN and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform
- Any errors or inaccuracies in search results or AI answers
- Unauthorised access to your account or data
- Any third-party content or links on the Platform
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify registered users by email or via an in-app notification
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
